Aged in bourbon barrels
In 2020, we wanted to know the evolution of the flavors of our Mugo gin during its aging in oak barrels. We therefore selected bourbon barrels to give a gourmet character to our future product. After 3 years of aging, our Mugo had reached a fullness in the mouth that allowed us to say: it's ready! We therefore present to you our 2 batches resulting from this experience: batches 96 and 97. Each batch comes from a single barrel, hence the mention: single barrel or single cask.

We had the honor of being awarded a Gold Medal at the Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition 2024 with a special mention Excellence in Terroir. A great source of motivation to always produce high quality spirits.
