Eastside Mugo en vidéo avec le Barman Bruno

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces of Mugo Gin from Mitis Distillery
1 ounce of lime juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
2 to 3 slices of cucumber
2 to 3 ounces Yuzu 1642 (to taste)
Ice cubes

PREPARATION

/ In a shaker, crush the cucumber, lime and syrup with a pestle.
/ Add the mint, gin and ice then shake everything.
/ Shake for 7 to 8 seconds.
/ In a glass containing ice cubes, filter the contents using a strainer and add the Yuzu or your favorite tonic to taste.

Quantity for a small party (8 people)

10 - 12 ounces of Mugo Gin from Mitis Distillery
8 ounces lime juice
6 ounces simple syrup
Lots of mint leaves!
16 slices of cucumber
2 small bottles of Yuzu 1642 (to taste)
Ice cubes

* For a large quantity it is preferable to use a mixing pitcher instead of the shaker.
